A fantastic new bar was born in Manarola, in a strategic and unforgettable location, run by two young men. That will be the location of your pesto course.

You will start the course with a basil harvest in their own vegetable garden, then Simone will show you how to make the traditional pesto sauce with the use of the mortar. He will also explain the ingredients and a bit of history.

You will enjoy making pesto surrounded by wonderful views, colours and perfumes. At the end, you will taste your own pesto on a bruschetta (toasted bread) together with a glass of Cinque Terre wine.

  • Available every day from March 15 to October 31, except Tuesdays.

  • Price: 35 EUR/person.
  • Minimum 4 participants.

Price includes: basil harvest, pesto course with mortar, pesto tasting with a glass of Cinque Terre wine, a platter of cured meat and cheese as well as the printed recipe.
