Pasta making course in Manarola

Would you like to surprise your family and friends with great homemade pasta when you return home from Italy? Join this course, and then share your knowledge at home with your loved ones.

During this course you will prepare some of the most traditional and characteristic forms of Ligurian fresh pasta. You start with the preparation of the dough, then you will roll it out and shape it. With the help of a professional chef you will prepare two simple sauces, such as the famous pesto, typical of our peasant cuisine.

At the end of the course you have lunch where you will taste everything you have prepared. All this will be accompanied by the explanation of an AIS professional sommelier, who will also introduce you to one wine and to the history of Ligurian food and wine culture.

  • Available every Monday and Friday, from March 15 to October 31.
  • Meeting point: Manarola, 12:00PM.
  • Duration: 2.5 hours.
  • Price: 129 EUR/person.
  • Minimum 1, maximum 8 participants.
  • In English or Italian.
