Prices depend on the number of people, the season when you are travelling and the length of your stay, so once I have all this information
I will send you the exact prices. All rooms have en-suite bathroom while apartments have an equipped kitchen as well.
Please note that from 2015, a city tax has to be paid in Riomaggiore between March 1 and October 31. The amount is
2 EUR/person/night and it applies to the first 3 nights of your stay. Children under 11 years old do not pay.
The tax has to be paid on arrival, at check-in. The Town Council will spend this revenue on maintaining this unique territory
and improving tourist services, for example saving or rebuilding dry stone walls, terraces or walking trails.
What to know about staying in Riomaggiore?
Although the main street of Riomaggiore is quite busy, there are many little streets here where you will not meet any tourists
so you can enjoy a quiet holiday but still be close to all the services you might need. The colourful little harbour is one of the most charming
places of the entire Cinque Terre. Choose a comfortable central apartment right on the main street if you want to be close to everything and
enjoy village life. If you are spending your evenings in cute local bars, noise will not disturb you.

The villa is located close to Volastra, 3 kms from Manarola and 5 kms from Riomaggiore. Officially it belongs to Riomaggiore.
