Prices depend on the number of people, the season when you are travelling and the length of your stay, so once I have all this information
I will send you the exact prices. All rooms have en-suite bathroom while apartments have an equipped kitchen as well.
Please note that from 2015, a city tax has to be paid in Vernazza between March 1 and October 31. The amount is
2 EUR/person/night and it applies to the first 3 nights of your stay. Children under 11 years old do not pay.
The tax has to be paid on arrival, at check-in. The Town Council will spend this revenue on maintaining this unique territory
and improving tourist services, for example saving or rebuilding dry stone walls, terraces or walking trails.
What to know about staying in Vernazza?
Vernazza is said to be the pearl of the Cinque Terre, and thanks to Rick Steves, it is the favourite village of most
American travellers. As a result, the village is always very busy and prices are quite high. Choose an apartment on the main
street or near the main piazza if you want to enjoy village life. Otherwise, a place hidden in one of the quiet narrow streets
will be a better option for you. The roads leading to Vernazza are still in bad condition after the big flood some years ago,
plus the parking area is very small, so I do not recommend staying here if you arrive by car. Or if you insist, park your car in another village and take the train to Vernazza.

Apartment on the picturesque main square of Vernazza
Large, traditionally furnished apartment in the center of the village with an amazing view over the main square
of Vernazza and the colourful small harbour.
There are 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment has a big balcony with garden furniture.
On the roof, there is also a very large terrace for the exclusive use of the apartment. Both the balcony and the terrace offer the most
beautiful panorama over the main square of Vernazza. Of course, to enjoy this view be prepared to climb quite a few steps.

Apartment in the middle of Vernazza
In this recently renovated, comfortable apartment, you can live like locals as it is situated right in the middle of the village,
a few meters from the main street.
It has a very good central location, close to everything.
There is a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom at the guests' disposal.
An extra bed can be added for a 5th person.
Price starts at 110 EUR/apartment/night.

Apartment with seaview
You can easily reach the apartment from the main square of Vernazza through a cute and hidden passage, with some steps.
There is a living room with dining area and double sofa bed, equipped kitchen corner with washing machine,
a double bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds.
The window of the living room looks down on a deep inner court which shows how the villages were built on rocks and medieval walls.
The double bedroom has a small balcony with an amazing view of the sea and the small harbour of Vernazza.
The other bedroom looks onto a hidden passage.
The apartment is suitable for 6 people; I mainly recommend it for families with more children.

Terrace over the main square
It is one of the most beautiful properties in Vernazza with an amazing terrace and breathtaking view over the main square,
St. Margaret Church and the sea.
It has a large sitting room with equipped kitchen, 1 double sea view bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine.
A double sofa bed in the sitting room will allow a family of 4 or 2 couples to stay in this apartment.
2 extra bed-cots available only for extra children.
The apartment is on the main square of the village and it is on the 4th floor without elevator
so consider many steps but your efforts will be rewarded by the view, really one of the best in Vernazza.
