What kinds of daily boat tours do we offer from Portofino?

Portofino boat tour

You will have a wonderful day cruising around the Portofino peninsula. You can go east from Portofino, in the Gulf of Tigullio, towards Paraggi, Santa Margherita Ligure, San Michele di Pagana and Rapallo.

You can also go west, towards the Golfo Paradiso, and visit San Fruttuoso, the underwater statue of Christ, Punta Chiappa and Camogli. The sea of the protected marine area is beautiful, you can swim and snorkel in stunning bays.

Cinque Terre boat tour

Staying in the Portofino area you might want to do a day trip by boat to the Cinque Terre. This way you will also see the beautiful coastline between the two areas, like the Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante or the famous red rocks. You can disembark in Vernazza for a walk or lunch, and of course, you will also make a swim stop in the crystal clear waters of the Ligurian Sea. Please note that in the Protected Marine Area of the Cinque Terre the speed limit is 5 knots and the distance limit from the coast is appr. 3 miles.

The boat tour can take place only in case of suitable weather and sea conditions. The skipper will inform us about the weather and sea conditions one day before the boat rental date. Please make sure we can reach you on the phone number and e-mail address you have provided. If your boat rental needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, we will inform you right away.

We suggest to bring with you: camera, a pair of clean shoes to be used on the boat, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen lotion, swimsuit and a light jacket.

Weekly charter means 7 days. Full day rental is from 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Half day can be from 10:00AM to 1:30PM or from 2:30PM to 6:00PM.

Fuel is generally an extra charge, based on consumption. In case of some smaller boats, for tours in the Portofino area, fuel might be included, you will see it at the price list.

Prices include VAT. VAT percentage corresponds to Italian laws. If the charter should start from another country, VAT shall be modified according to that state's regulations.

Only for weekly charter, 30% APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is required.
