You will meet your professional English speaking hiking guide in the morning. You will catch the train to Manarola together.

You will hike through pine forests, olive groves and the famous terraced vineyards. The stunning views over the sea and the tiny villages will make you speechless.

In this unique scenery, the famous Cinque Terre wine is produced. Your guide will tell you about the history of wine making in this area, the construction of dry stone walls and the people, who since generations have been struggling with the surrounding conditions and who are so proud of every drop of wine they produce.

Once you reach Corniglia, you will taste these fine wines and enjoy some local snacks like focaccia or vegetable cake.

Important: please bring good hiking shoes, a hat and sufficient drinking water. To participate in this program, a good fitness level is necessary. The total hiking time is about 2.5 hours.

One of these hiking proposals could start for example in the picturesque village of Vernazza. From there, you take an ancient pilgrimage path up to the so-called sanctuary trail. You walk through the mediterranean shrub and enjoy lovely views over the terraced vineyards, gorgeous nature and the crystal blue sea down below.

Important: please bring good hiking shoes, a hat and sufficient drinking water. To participate in this program, a good fitness level is necessary. The total hiking time is about 5 hours.

Enjoy an amazing day on a private motorboat and see the picturesque Cinque Terre from the sea!

In the morning meet with the English-speaking skipper at the harbor of La Spezia or one of the Cinque Terre's village (except Corniglia).

From there, you will embark on the private motorboat gozzo sailing through the beautiful coast of the Cinque Terre, which is a National Park and UNESCO world heritage site. Get off the boat at the picturesque village Vernazza for a tasty lunch at a typical restaurant. Enjoy a delicious meal with seafood specialties and a fine local wine.

After lunch the motorboat will ship along the Cinque Terre coast with the possibility to go for a swim. Return to La Spezia or one of the Cinque Terre.

Important: Please note that the tour can take place only with good weather and sea conditions. In case of wind and rough sea, transportation will be provided by train and the itinerary may be modified.

Meeting point: starting at the harbor of one of the Cinque Terre or La Spezia to Cinque Terre

You will be picked up by a private car or minivan and transferred to Portofino (driving time about 1/1:15 hour), where you will meet your professional English-speaking guide who will be waiting to greet you and welcome you to the beautiful Italian Riviera resort of Portofino.

A picturesque crescent moon shaped seaside village with pastel houses lining the shore of the harbor, shops, restaurants, cafes and luxury hotels - it is known as the resort of the rich and famous!

After the visit of this charming village, you will catch the public ferry boat to reach Santa Margherita Ligure, a fabulous little town of the Ligurian coast; you will stop for lunch in a typical restaurant with a breathtaking view, overlooking the little harbor. In the afternoon the private transfer will bring you back to the town where you are currently staying.
