EBike tour from Levanto - Valley of Levanto, with wine tasting
This tour allows you to discover the traditions of the valley of Levanto and the Cinque Terre.
Riding your bike through the valley, you will visit an ancient village, where your guide will show you the signs of a peasant civilization.
You will then visit a traditional vineyard, paying attention to local flora and fauna.
The tour ends in Levanto, where you will taste two types of local wine along with some traditional specialties.
You will bike on paved roads for about 10 kms with an elevation change of 400 meters. Medium-low difficulty.

EBike tour from Monterosso - Cycling to the Cinque Terre and the Soviore sanctuary
The Cinque Terre is not an easy terrain to get around by bike, as there are steep roads and lot of uphill sections. An ebike is the perfect solution for the problem,
as you can enjoy the amazing views from the saddle of an ebike, while moving around quickly, quietly, effortlessly and in a sustainable way.
During the 4-hour tour you will visit Monterosso, the Soviore sanctuary and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Cinque Terre National Park.
The sanctuary is a quiet place, away from the busy village centers, with breathtaking views of land and sea.
Your guide will tell you about the history and culture of the Cinque Terre, the cultivated terraces, wine and olives.
You will make some quick stops to take photos and a longer stop to enjoy a glass of locally produced white wine with a bit of focaccia.
You will bike on paved roads for about 12 kms with an elevation change of 520 meters. Low-medium difficulty.

Mountain EBike tour from La Spezia to the Cinque Terre
You will meet your mountain bike guide at the railway station La Spezia Centrale. He will give you the electric bikes and explain all you need to know about the bikes
and the tour.
First you will cycle on the paved road towards Portovenere, along the Bay of Poets, then you will start the climb on an abandoned military road, that takes you
to the small village of Campiglia. Campiglia is a hidden gem, most travelers haven't even heard of it. You can enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the amazing view
towards the Gulf of Poets on one side and the sea of the Cinque Terre on the other side.
After a while you will stop at a small bar along the trail, where you will enjoy a light lunch of typical Ligurian products: focaccia, cheese, cold cuts.
After the break you will cycle for about one more hour. Once you reach Volastra in the heart of the Cinque Terre, you can relax for a while and take photos of the
amazing view and the vineyards.
If you feel fit enough you can continue the tour down to Manarola. Here you can decide if you take the train back to La Spezia with your ebike or you prefer
cycling back to La Spezia on the paved road. The tour ends in La Spezia.
You will bike on different roads for about 50 kms with an elevation change of 900 meters. Medium-high difficulty. The itinerary has no technical difficulties,
but a good physical fitness is required.
