Olive oil experience
A local olive oil producer will welcome you to his farm, nestled in the green hills close to La Spezia. First you'll take a pleasant walk among the olive trees and
he will explain how olive oil is made. An experienced professional olive oil sommelier will guide you through the experience
of smelling, tasting and eating olive oil to understand which oil goes on which food.
After the tasting you will enjoy a light picnic lunch at the farm, with typical local products like cheese, bruschetta, cured meat, olives and a traditional pie.
This is a wonderful tour to discover the hidden side of Liguria and find out all about olive oil.
