During this experience in the heart of the Cinque Terre, you will learn to recognise the characteristics of the oil produced in this area overlooking the sea. The oil tasting begins with a brief history of olive cultivation, followed by the method of oil tasting, and then we proceed to recognise the characteristics of two extra virgin olive oils.
Focaccia and a glass of Cinque Terre wine are then served to conclude the narration with the history and products of the Cinque Terre.
