Delight your palate with two wines from the renowned local winery: a crisp Vermentino Bianco and a rare Vermentino Rosso. Your wine tasting will be perfectly paired with a selection of traditional Ligurian delicacies:

1. Crispy Ligurian focaccia served with three homemade pesto types: classic Pesto Genovese, zucchini pesto, and an aromatic pistacchio pesto, each made with fresh local ingredients.

2. Taggiasca olives in extra virgin olive oil, a true symbol of the Riviera.

3. Toasted bread with flavored olive oils, delicately infused with lemon and thyme, showcasing the region's fragrant herbs.

4. A sweet crostino with local honey, providing the perfect finish to your tasting.

Join us for a relaxed and flavorful journey through the tastes and traditions of Liguria, ideal for food and wine lovers looking to explore local excellence in an authentic way.   • Available from March to December: every day in June, July and August; every day except Thursdays in all other months.
