Would you like to surprise your family and friends with great homemade pizza, focaccia and bread when you return home from Italy? Join this course, and just like a real pizza chef, you will prepare all of these with the help of your instructor, Massimo.
You will start your pizza-making course with the most important part: making the dough. Once you have learnt the art of dough-making and kneading, the chef will tell you the difference between pizza and focaccia. Following this you will roll out the dough and create a variety of pizzas, bread and focaccias with different delicious toppings, using only really fresh ingredients. After the 3-hour course, you will relax and taste your creations with a salad and a drink.
