Pizza, focaccia and bread course in La Spezia

Would you like to surprise your family and friends with great homemade pizza, focaccia and bread when you return home from Italy? Join this special cooking class near the Cinque Terre, and just like a real pizza chef, you will prepare all of these with the help of your instructor, Massimo.

You will start your pizza-making course with the most important part: making the dough. Once you have learnt the art of dough-making and kneading, the chef will tell you the difference between pizza and focaccia. Following this you will roll out the dough and create a variety of pizzas, bread and focaccias with different delicious toppings, using only really fresh ingredients. After the 3-hour course, you will relax and taste your creations with a salad and a drink.
